Service charge management is defined by the terms of the individual leases within each building and by various statutory provisions under acts of Parliament.

Fortis Estate Management aim to follow the provisions of the Code of Service Charge Management set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and any comparable best practice provisions in codes published by the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and by the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM).
